The Pan Pacific Hotel Bellustar Tokyo, located in Kabukicho, Tokyo, has five luxury penthouses and is a collaboration between the two architecture studios. The project embodies the "honest Design" of Keiji Ashizawa Design, It also incorporates Norm Architects' "minimalism".
